Return Policy

Flick Weight does not accept returns for reasons such as personal dissatisfaction with the weight’s feel (e.g., too heavy or too light) or changes in paddle setup.

However, if a product is defective, such as having visible dings, dents, or sticker/adhesive issues that prevent proper attachment, customers can request a replacement by:

  1. Taking a clear picture of the defect.
  2. Emailing the picture and a brief description to support@flickweight.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once reviewed and confirmed, Flick Weight will send a replacement at no additional cost.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@flickweight.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your Flick Weights or Apparel order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not Exchange Flick Weights, However, given certain shipping errors or packaging mistakes per prior communication we can accommodate. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
